With prior credit approval, all invoices are due in net 30 days. Visa and MasterCard are also accepted.

No returns can be accepted without an authorization number given by Biological Specialty Corporation. Only unopened products can be returned. Biological Specialty Corporation must be notified within 10 days of your receipt of the product. All shipping costs and a 15% handling fee will be paid by the customer. In certain cases, an evaluation fee may be required. No return of custom manufactured products will be authorized if the product meets the specifications agreed upon prior to shipment.
